Some tips on how to prepare for our new immersive audio experience at home, DOUBLE.
1. Purchase a code for your preferred session time
To access sessions in Australian time zones, head to our tickets page.
Each person needs to purchase a code for their device.
Codes are available up to two weeks ahead of each session.
2. Setting up your mobile device
Once you have purchased your ticket, you will receive an access code via email and link to download the app.
Open the event to load on the day of the show, until you see ”event prepared” in green
The event can start loading up to 12 hours before show time.

3. Set up your space
The event is best experienced in pairs, sitting opposite each other at a kitchen table.
You can video call a friend on a laptop if you don’t have another person at home, or doing it alone is okay too.
You will each need:
a glass of water
your mobile device
headphones (over-ear are recommended if possible)
We recommend opening the app and getting ready 10 minutes before your session starts.
