Ticketing for DARKFIELD: FLIGHT and INVISIBLE is subject to the Terms & Conditions of both parties below.

All tickets are sold under the following terms:

• Tickets are non-refundable.
• Exchanges are only permitted if a Flexi Add-On has been purchased.
• Latecomers will not be admitted after doors close and will not be refunded. We may be able to accommodate latecomers in a later session, subject to availability and at staff discretion.
• Customers must review experience warnings prior to booking.
• By booking, you agree to the terms as outlined by Realscape Productions and any third-party ticketing partners.
• The Producer reserves the right to make exceptions to these policies at their own discretion.

If you’ve purchased a Flexi Add-On, you may request to reschedule your booking by contacting us before 2pm on the day of your event.

You must provide Realscape with a new session time to be exchanged into or your request will not be deemed valid. Exchanged requests after the event has passed will not be accepted.

• The Flexi Add-On allows one reschedule only per booking.
• If eligible, Realscape Productions will void your original ticket and rebook you to another session of equal or lesser value.
• There will be no partial refunds when exchanging to a lesser value ticket.
• Exchanges are subject to session availability.
• If the season sells out or ends before rebooking occurs, the customer acknowledges no refund or further reschedule will be available.
• Lost, unused, or expired promo codes will not be reissued or refunded.

DARKFIELD experiences can be intense for some patrons. Please read the following to ensure the experiences are suitable for you or your group.

• Recommended age: 15+ (Ages 13–15 must be accompanied by a responsible adult)
• No entry for children under 13 or babes in arms.

Mobility & Health:

• FLIGHT includes jolt-style movement and is not recommended for those pregnant or with neck/back conditions.
• Both shows are performed in complete darkness and may distress those with heart conditions.

Sensory Notes:

• Sudden loud sounds through headphones
• Brief sequences of flashing light (non-strobe)
• Some loud noises throughout the experience

Themes & Triggers:

• Claustrophobia, confinement, PTSD
• FLIGHT: aviation, turbulence, death
• INVISIBLE: psychological control, manipulation

We aim to provide as much information as possible so that you can decide if the DARKFIELD experiences are suitable for you.

Each DARKFIELD experience is different, and accessibility varies per show:

• INVISIBLE is wheelchair accessible, but advance notice is required. It is staged inside a shipping container and may not be suitable for all wheelchair users.
• FLIGHT requires transfer into a fixed aircraft seat and may not be accessible for some patrons with mobility requirements.
• A foldable access ramp is available for both containers to assist patrons with limited mobility.

Audio & Sensory:

• Headphones are used throughout both shows.
• Includes loud and sudden audio effects.
• Patrons with hearing impairments may not experience full binaural effects, which rely on distinct audio in each ear.
