On this page, you’ll find detailed information about physical access, mobility requirements, sensory elements, age restrictions, and safety guidelines. We want every audience member to feel informed and prepared before stepping inside our shipping container worlds of complete darkness and 360° sound.

  • Audience Access Packs are presentations in the form of PDF documents that provide accessibility information for our shows.

    Each location has its own Access Pack with information unique to the site access, show content and the specific container. Inside, you will find details about what to expect when you arrive, exact measurements of the entrance, seats, doors, and more.

    You can request an access pack at any time through our website chat, or download using the link provided on our ticketing pages.

  • There is a ramp available leading up to each of the experiences for canes, walkers, or alternative mobility devices.

    SÉANCE – This experience has one designated space that can accommodate a wheelchair.

    FLIGHT - Wheelchair users must be able to transfer into fixed plane-style seats with aisle armrests. Entry includes a narrow turn and may not be suitable for larger or powered chairs.

    COMA – This experience has one designated space that can accommodate a wheelchair. Patrons may also request help being transferred from their mobility device to a bed. Please contact us at hello@realscapeproductions.com

    INVISIBLE – This experience has one designated space that can accommodate a wheelchair. Patrons may also request help being transferred from their mobility device to a seat. Please contact us at hello@realscapeproductions.com

  • The large majority of this experience relies on audio, and it specifically relies on binaural sound, which means that different audio feeds from the left to right ear. Guests with limited hearing, or no hearing, will not be able to fully experience DARKFIELD. For more information, please contact hello@realscapeproductions.com

  • We can provide visually impaired audience members with brief visual descriptions of the containers' insides before the experience goes completely dark. To utilize this offer, please contact hello@realscapeproductions.com

  • The experience uses over the ear headphones, and loud audio at times, which may be uncomfortable for patrons with hearing aids. For more information please contact hello@realscapeproductions.com

  • Service dogs have been allowed in our containers before based on the discretion of their owners. The animal will need to be comfortable sitting in the dark for 20-30 minutes with occurrences of loud subs and vibrations happening at random; for this reason, we do not recommend bringing a service dog into SÉANCE or FLIGHT due to the sudden floor and chair movements experienced during the production. For COMA you may have your dog in your bunk, or in one of the bottom bunks below or next to you if it is available. We recommend your dog to wear ear protection if you have it for them.

  • While there is no strobe effect deployed, there is a short burst of flashing lights in INVISIBLE and FLIGHT
